Although the pool area is a great relaxing fun place to enjoy the sun please remember that there are rules that need to be followed.
These rules are not only set for your safety, but also so that we can continue to keep the pool open.
All of your guests must be accompanied by a lease holder and there is a maximum of 2 guests allowed per present lease holder.
There are pool rules listed all around the pool area, however, please take the time to review the rules that are posted in the pool area and listed below:
- No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool.
- No animal or pets allowed in the pool or pool area
- No glass allowed in the pool or on the deck
- No one under the age of 18 should be in the pool area without adult supervision
- The pool is open from 10am to 10pm
Also please remember that the following is also prohibited:
- Running in the pool area
- Roughhouse in or near the pool area
- Bring bikes/skates/roller blades/ skateboards/ in the pool area
- Use profanity

Just a friendly reminder, that we’ve been noticing a pet waste issue around our community. Please be reminded that we do fine $60 for anyone who is caught not picking up after their pet. Ashton Pointe does have limited parking. Please be reminded your vehicle does need to be operable and properly tagged in order to be compliant with your lease agreement. We do not allow boat or trailer parking. When backing in your vehicle please ensure you are not blocking sidewalks. Ashton Pointe does not allow any type of car repairs to be conducted in the parking lot. You must complete these in the car wash area or inside a rented garage. Please report any concerns to our office.
Banana Pudding Recipe
3 cups of cold milk
2 pkg. (3.4 oz each) vanilla instant pudding
30 NILLA Wafers
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 tub( 8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes.
ARRANGE: half of the wafers on bottom and up side of 2 qt serving bowl: top with layers of half each of the banana slices and pudding. Repeat all layers. Cover with whipped topping. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

New Water-Submetering Company Announcement
We are excited to launch new utility billing service here at Ashton Pointe. Soon you will receive your first utility statement issued by YES.
YES will be processing and mailing utility statements for your Water, Sewer and Trash charges beginning in May 2015. In order to calculate your costs, monthly water consumption data is collected for your unit. Your monthly statement is tied to your usage habits, and will vary as usage patterns fluctuate. Your trash is billed at a flat rate.
Please note that you will make your Utility Billing payments to your on-site Community.

Any balances due from the previous billing provider, Studebaker Submetering (SSI), should be paid to the remittance address on the SSI invoice. Please note that all billing amounts due to SSI must be paid in full by no later than June 1, 2015 to avoid additional collection efforts.
Neighborhood Safety Reminders
Ashton Pointe cares about our residents and we would like to send you a friendly reminder to practice auto safety. Never leave valuable objects in your vehicle and always lock your doors. Notify our office if you notice any street or building lights out. If you notice suspicious activity contact 911 immediately. There have been recent car break-ins reported in the area. We want to keep you aware and prevent any crime from sneaking into our community.
