Ashton Pointe does have limited parking. Please be reminded your vehicle does need to be operable and properly tagged in order to be compliant with your lease agreement. We do not allow boat or trailer parking. When backing in your vehicle please ensure you are not blocking sidewalks. Ashton Pointe does not allow any type of car repairs to be conducted in the parking lot. You must complete these in the car wash area or inside a rented garage. Please report any concerns to our office.

Donations Accepted for Beaufort County Animal Shelter
Please drop off donations to our office. The items in high demand include: baby pools, soft food for cats or dogs, and bleach. The Beaufort County Animal Shelter appreciates any assistance you can provide.

Water Sub-metering Update
Yes Energy Management is our new sub-metering company. Our company did make the change to this provider on April 30th. We do apologize for the delay in the billing system and any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately with the transition we have experienced complications with the software system integration.
From our knowledge you should receive a water bill by the end of June beginning of July. A positive factor with this transition is that you will now be able to pay your water bill directly to us. We will notify you any new information we may have once provided. Please contact our office for any questions or concerns.
