We Want To Know! Your Opinion Matters!
Your opinion matters. We are grateful to have you as a resident and want to make sure we are living up to your expectations. Let your voice be heard by taking a few moments to compete a short survey that will be emailed to you from our partner, J Turner Research. You will only be surveyed twice per year, and you will automatically be entered in a drawing to win $500! Thank you!
Although we change out the air filter in your home once every quarter during a preventative maintenance inspection we will start having them stocked in the leasing office, so please do not hesitate to stop by and pick up a filter at your convenience. We will be conducting our preventative maintenance schedule August 10th - 21st, 2015. You will receive a notice to your door verifying your service date.
Ashton Pointe has recently changed landscaping providers to The Greenery. We will be working diligently to improve the overall landscape service of our community. Please alert any immediate concerns to our office. We appreciate any feedback you wish to provide. We strive to keep Ashton Pointe a beautiful community. Help us by throwing any garbage away in the proper waste containers throughout the property. Please refrain from leaving trash bags outside of your door or patio. This can cause insects, staining on walkways, and not to mention it is unsightly. Again we appreciate your residency at Ashton Pointe.

Nearly New and More! sale returns to St. Helena’s on Aug. 28th & 29th
Back-to-school clothes, designer outfits and quality menswear – and more! – will be available at bargain prices as the Nearly New and More! Sale returns to the Parish Church of St. Helena.
The sale is Aug. 29 and 30 in the Parish Hall at 507 Newcastle St. in downtown Beaufort. Shopping hours are 1 to 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 29, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30.
Nearly New was not held at St. Helena’s in 2014. “We are back by popular demand,” says sale chair Pat Jones. “And we’re adding framed pictures, framed art work, furniture, lamps, and silk plants to our offerings.”
Clothing for men, women and children will be on sale as always, along with shoes and accessories like belts, scarves, and pocketbooks. Everything is gently used; some items still have their store tags.
Proceeds from the sale go to church missions. “We are doing this for the community, to serve God and share God’s love,” Jones says.
