We hope that you are enjoying your home at Ashton Pointe! Please take a moment to fill out our brief survey. We value your feedback and suggestions on how we can serve you better, and of course, compliments are always appreciated!


Maintenance Tip

If ever you are hearing your toilet continually running. Please remember to put a service request in; it could be the seal or flapper. This could cut down your water bill significantly!

Any service request that you would like to place for your apartment you could enter on our website or you could simply call the leasing office and we will place that for you!


Parking

Please be courteous to your neighbors when you park. All vehicles are not allowed to be unattended at any time while running in the parking lot or garages. Also, remember that visitors should not be parking directly in front of the buildings. They should be parking in secondary parking.

friends visiting?

We may have discontinued our Guest Suite but remember we have a local hotel on our Resident Advantage Program. Quality Inn at Town Center is offering 20% off best offered rate for our residents. Show your Resident Advantage Program key tag and receive your discount!


Fundraisers!

We just wanted to thank those who donated cans for the food drive for Beaufort Food Banks! We received 20+ plus cans! Great job everybody! Also please remember to be on the look out for Ashton Pointe as our property will be putting all of our efforts in to being a good community steward by assisting in fundraising/community awareness and civic related activities!

Pool Regulations

Summer is upon us!!

And the warm weather means the Pool area will be in full bloom!!

We would like to remind you of the pool regulations laid out in your handbook.

PER STATE REGULATION, GLASS OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHIN THE GATED AREA AROUND THE POOL.

Beverages MUST be in non-breakable, plastic or aluminum container. A $50 fine will be assessed if you are found with any type of glass inside the gated area around the pool.

Guests of our residents MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE RESIDENT AT ALL TIMES unless approved by Management.

An adult must accompany persons under the age of 18 at all times.

Noisy or disturbing behavior such as horseplay, running or screaming are to be avoided at all times.

PER STATE REGULATION, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL ENCLOSURE AT ANY TIME.

All posted regulations and operating hours must be observed. Proper attire should be worn at all times.

We appreciate everyone abiding by these rules, which are in place for the safety and comfort of all our residents.

Reminders:

Just a friendly reminder, we do allow our furry friends and neighbors to be in the leasing office, and we love to see them. However, please note that no animals other than Service Animals will be allowed into the following areas: Swimming pool areas (due to health codes, no animal is allowed to swim in the pool), clubhouse, recreational facilities, or other common areas.

Quick reminder about our quiet hours. Be kind and courtesy of your neighbors. Port Royal quiet hours are 10:00pm to 6:00am.
