What utilities are included in the rent price?

The property will pay for pest control. The resident will pay for electric, trash, water, and sewer.

What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week for your convenience. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm, Saturdays from 10:00am to 5:00pm and Sundays from 1:00pm to 5:00pm

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept personal checks, credit cards, cashiers checks, money orders and electronic payments.

What is the deposit?

You can actually choose between putting down a standard deposit or you can purchase a bond at an extremely low non-refundable price

Is your tanning salon really free?
